Renee is the Chief Operating Officer of Householder Group Estate & Retirement Specialists, LLC. In her role, she has been instrumental in the company’s transformation from a regional financial services firm to a leading nationwide network of independent hybrid Registered Investment Advisors. As a Householder Group executive leadership team member, Renee leads the firm’s business development strategy, accounting and finance operations, recruitment efforts, training program, and regulatory compliance function.

Upon joining Householder Group in 2007, Renee led the architecture and implementation of the firm’s long-term growth strategy. In close collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, she quickly evolved the business model and initiated a roadmap for the strategic recruitment, acquisition, and integration of independent investment firms across the United States. Householder Group greatly expanded its footprint and service offerings by deploying a new client strategy and a highly successful hybrid operating model and achieved impressive growth in total assets.

Originally from Greater Detroit, Renee graduated with a bachelor’s degree with honors in Accounting from Wayne State University’s Ilitch School of Business and began her career as a Tax Analyst with Follmer Rudewicz, a regional CPA, auditing, and business consulting firm. She then held the position of Controller with Wireless Toys, a multi-carrier wireless retail chain, where she helped establish the company’s business development and franchise model that facilitated the highly successful launch of more than 60 independent franchise-owned locations.

Renee's commitment to the community extends beyond her professional role. She actively engages with the local community through her involvement with Hope Blooms and Live & Learn. In these organizations, she empowers women in Arizona, helping them strive to achieve economic independence and resilience. This dedication to social responsibility is a testament to Renee's character and values of service to others.

Outside of her professional life, Renee is a devoted family woman. She resides in Arizona with her husband and two sons, and they often embark on family travels to broaden their horizons and instill a sense of wonder about the world. Renee is also passionate about culinary arts, particularly in creating artistic charcuterie boards. This hobby is more than just a pastime for her; it's a way to celebrate life's simple pleasures and share them with loved ones.
