Jean Elzayek is an experienced compliance professional with extensive knowledge of regulatory guidelines, compliance, and audit requirements. With over 19 years of experience, Jean offers a depth of knowledge in many of the critical areas of the compliance and suitability landscape. He has the experience, education, and vital tools to help advisors navigate the ever-changing requirements. Jean attended UC Davis where he graduated with a BS in Economics and a BS in International Relations and currently holds his Series 4, Series 7, Series 24 and Series 53 securities registrations through LPL Financial and his Series 66 securities registration through LPL Financial and Householder Group Estate & Retirement Specialists.

Jean began his career in the industry as a financial advisor but found his passion lies in service, fraud prevention, and compliance. During his recent 8-year tenure with an LPL Financial OSJ, he helped set up the office as a Broker Dealer, acted as an AML Officer, and a MSRB Principal for the broker dealer and was an integral part in the growth of the compliance structure and success of the office.

Originally from Lebanon, Jean moved to California as a young teen. He currently resides in the suburbs of Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and two teens. The Elzayeks are a family of runners with both Jean and his wife regularly running over 20 miles per week. Both teens are track and cross-country athletes. Jean completed his first marathon in late 2021 and has a long-term goal to qualify for the Boston marathon. When not on the run, Jean loves exercising his creativity through woodturning, spending time with his family outdoors, traveling, and experiencing new cuisine.
