Davis Householder serves as the Director of Business Development at Householder Group Estate & Retirement Specialists, LLC. With over a decade of dedicated service at the firm, Davis has masterfully overseen and facilitated the negotiation and transition of more than $800M in AUM. His responsibilities range from spearheading acquisitions and negotiations for the company to guiding the establishment of strategic contractual partnerships and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Holding a BS in Technological Entrepreneurship and Management from Arizona State University, Davis combines his academic knowledge with practical experience. Before transferring to ASU, he started at UC San Diego, delving into Cognitive Science. This blend of technological entrepreneurship and cognitive science gives Davis a unique perspective, enabling him to approach business development with a blend of logistical acumen and an understanding of human behavior.

In his earlier years at Householder Group, Davis demonstrated versatility, managing client acquisition campaigns and events, developing marketing strategies and materials, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Davis’s dedication extends beyond his professional role. He has been deeply involved in volunteering, mentoring at-risk youth, and taking leadership roles in community outreach programs. His stint as the Operations Manager of YSOP at UCSD and his time mentoring children at the El Sauzal orphanage in Mexico highlight his commitment to giving back to the community.

Outside of work, Davis is an avid adventurer and enjoys embracing the beauty of his native state, Arizona, through mountaineering, hiking, and off-roading. He’s also a thrill-seeker, seizing opportunities for jet skiing, snow skiing, and other exhilarating activities. When he’s not out exploring, he enjoys reading novels and spending time with his Bengal cat.
