Brittney Sanchez is the Executive Director of Marketing and Training with the Householder Group and has been with the firm since 2012. She enables advisors to optimize business results in the industry through our partnership program, and her personalized training aids advisors in increasing clientele and managing successful events.

She started with the Householder Group as the Marketing Coordinator for our number one office in the nation. With almost ten years of experience working in the field, Brittney has gained valuable hands-on knowledge and leadership skills. While in the field, she focused on developing and delivering financial driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.

Brittney joined our corporate team as the National Training Manager and within one year was promoted to Executive Director of Marketing and Training. Her comprehension of how our in-office systems work, enthusiastic outlook, determination, and reputation for her analytical thinking and problem-solving skills makes her an integral person in the firm for training new staff and Advisors allowing, them to have a successful start. 

Attending Brooks College in Long Beach, CA. for Interior Design she can apply those creative skills to whatever she puts her mind to. Brittney lived in Orange County, California most of her life and now resides in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She enjoys spending time with her three house rabbits, taking drives through the mountains, hiking, yoga, and is currently learning how to rock climb. ​
